Hyundai Parts Warranty


When you purchase Hyundai Genuine Parts from an authorised Hyundai dealer, you’re backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:
Hyundai warrants that parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months. If a defect occurs, the part will be repaired, replaced, or the purchase price refunded at Hyundai’s discretion. All parts warranty claims are carried out at a authorised Hyundai dealership Service Centre with the vehicle present at the dealership.
Important to Know:
- Warranty only applies if the part is purchased and fitted by an authorised Hyundai dealer or authorised service centre.
- This warranty is not transferable.
- Any claim must include proof of purchase (e.g. a valid receipt).
- Labour costs are only covered if the part is fitted by an authorised Hyundai dealer or Hyundai service outlet.
What’s Not Covered:
- Parts fitted to non-compatible vehicles or used incorrectly.
- Vehicles that have been written off or sold by an insurer.
- Wear and tear, neglect, misuse, accidents, or environmental damage.
- Parts fitted or modified by unauthorised service providers.
- Damage from external conditions like salt, sap, hail, or animals.
How to Claim:
All warranty claims must go through any authorised Hyundai dealer or service centre.
