Welcome to our refund, returns, and order cancellation information. We are here to make your return and refund experience as seamless as possible. Below is information regarding our refund and returns policy, if you would like to initate a return request then please follow the steps here. WHAT can be returned

 

We will accept any new unused item, purchased from our stock, provided it is in new resalable condition within 30 days from the date of sale. Returns must be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for postage costs unless Jefferson Hyundai is at fault with your order.

Below are parts that we will not accept returns for, unless damaged or faulty:

  • Electrical Parts
  • Batteries
  • Liquids
  • Special order parts ordered at your request.

REFUND of original shipping costs

We will not refund shipping costs for items that were incorrectly chosen by you or parts that are returned due to change of mind.

 

CREDITING returns

If we have accepted your return, we can either provide you with an exchange or a replacement or provide you with a refund for your order.

Please note that we will not process a refund or a replacement until we receive your return back to our warehouse.

Your refund will be processed through the original payment method you used. For example: if you ordered and paid for a part using PayPal then we will deposit the refund to your PayPal account.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to reach our warehouse, this is dependent on your location and AusPost freight volume delays.

Within 5 business days of receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email once your item(s) have been processed.

Please note that payment processing may take up to 7 further business days for the funds to appear in your account.


HOW to package your return

All returns must be in the original Hyundai packaging. If not, this may result in extra costs, return refusal, or processing delays.

For Warranty returns: Package all parts well in suitable packaging to ensure no freight damage can occur during transit.

 

Cancelling or Modifying an Order

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or text on 0488 852 451.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched quickly. Requests received before 1:30pm (AEST) on business days (Mon - Fri) can usually be accommodated if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched.

After 1:30pm, orders may already be in the dispatch process, and while we will make every effort to assist, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed and are unlikely to be possible once an order has been packed or shipped.

For the best chance of successfully modifying or cancelling your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
